DISCLAIMERS/TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By trading at one of our fairs you agree to and understand ALL the following.

1) It is your full responsibility as the seller/stall holder, not  the Ilkley Record Fair operators, to check the items you sell and to make sure you are not breaking any laws.  lkley Record Fair operators hold no responsibility whatsoever at any time for any items you sell. You the seller/stall holder are solely responsible for anything sold. Any legal action that could result from you selling any item/s that may be deemed illegal and/or that could lead to prosecution will be held against you the seller/stall holder only. llkley Record Fair operators will be in no way held responsible.

2) You the trader/stall holder are responsible for your stall, and it is your sole responsibility to ensure you have adequate liability insurance when trading at one of our fairs. You accept liability for any loss, damage or injury to property or people that may result from you trading at a fair. Ilkley Record Fair operators does not cover you the trader/stall holder for any liability.

3) You must comply with Trading Standards regulations. Any goods sold which turn out to be damaged or defective, that are then returned by the customer, must be replaced or a refund given.

4) No smoking in any building at any fair.

5) If paying by cheque to book a stall, please check that funds are available in the linked account.  Bounced cheques will incur an admin charge of £30 per return.

6) If you do not turn up to a fair, when payment was due on the day for your tables, you will be charged the full amount at our discretion.  Failing to pay will incur a ban from attending all fairs until the debt is settled and payment for all other fairs will only be accepted in advance.

7) If payment has been agreed to be paid by you on the day, it must be paid before leaving the fair.

8) Refunds of bookings are available up to 15 days before the booked fair takes place.

9) If you are a regular stall holder we will try to place you in the same place at the chosen venue. We cannot however guarantee you will get the same pitch every time.

10) We feel all pitches are as good as the next one wherever you are in the venue. If you are unhappy with your pitch, every effort will be made to move or position you differently but in some cases this may not be possible.
